Profile Questionnaire

What book has had a major impact on your life?

Wow, there are so many so choose from. If I had to choose just one, then it would have to be Brave New World by Aldus Huxley. The first time I read this book was my sophomore year in High School. It led to a love of anti-utopian stories. The story seems more relevant then ever in the last few years.

What is your favorite film of the last 3 years?

There have been so many good movies recently. I really enjoyed Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The film provided an engrossing backstory that meshed perfectly with the original story. It made me appreciate the franchise even more.

What is something you want to do in Thailand but you haven’t gotten around to it yet?

I would love to go down to Phuket to scuba dive. Unfortunately, I don’t think this will happen in the near future considering I don’t even know how to swim. First things first I guess.

What’s your favorite Thai food dish?

I absolutely love a good Som Tum, especially Som Tum Poo Pla. It may have something to do with the fact that I’m Korean and it reminds me of pungent and spicy kimchee.

Marvel or DC, and which is your favorite superhero?

Marvel hands down. I grew up reading both universes but I always identified with Marvel characters more. Like a lot of my peers, my favorite superhero was Spiderman. He always had a sense of humor, never took himself too seriously, was very down to earth, all while going against some of the toughest opponents.
